Studio G · Legal
User Agreement
1. Who provides the Games
This User Agreement is between you and Andrei Galkin, an individual developer operating under the name Studio G (“Studio G”, “we”, “us”). It applies to your use of Flipero and Hero Raid distributed by or on behalf of Studio G (the “Games”), and the website studiog.games. A separate agreement expressly provided with a particular version or by its distributor continues to apply to that distribution.
Contact: support@studiog.games. Business inquiries: hello@studiog.games.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
Review this Agreement before using a Game. By accepting it in the Game, or using a Game after these terms have been made available to you, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Any consent required for personal-data processing or advertising must be obtained separately.
You must meet the Game’s applicable store age rating and the legal requirements in your country. If you cannot legally enter this Agreement on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize your use and any purchases. We do not authorize use where prohibited by law.
3. License and intellectual property
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Games for your own non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices you lawfully control. The Games, code, artwork, audio, branding, and other protected materials remain owned by us or the relevant rights holders. You receive a license to use them, not ownership of them.
You may not redistribute or sell copies of a Game, remove rights notices, or extract and commercially reuse its assets without permission. Restrictions do not prohibit activities expressly permitted by applicable law, including any non-waivable rights concerning interoperability or accessibility.
4. Fair play and acceptable use
Do not use cheats, unauthorized modifications, automation that gives an unfair advantage, exploits, or tools that manipulate saves, purchases, rewards, or leaderboards. Do not interfere with the Games or other players, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, impersonate others, or use any available communication features for harassment or unlawful content. Do not reverse engineer the Games except where applicable law expressly permits it.
If you discover an exploit or security issue, report it privately to support rather than using it against other players or publishing personal information.
5. Purchases and refunds
A Game may offer optional purchases of digital content, virtual currency, or other in-game benefits. The store or purchase screen shows the applicable price and purchase conditions. Purchases through Google Play are processed under its payment terms; we do not receive your full payment-card details. Obtain the payment account holder’s authorization before purchasing.
Refunds, cancellation, and remedies for missing or defective purchases are governed by applicable law and the relevant store’s rules. See Google Play’s refund policies, or contact us with the Game name, order reference, and issue. Do not send payment-card information.
Nothing in this Agreement removes mandatory consumer guarantees, rights concerning defective or misdescribed digital content, or any applicable withdrawal right. A withdrawal right is lost only where the legal requirements for that loss have been met; this Agreement alone is not a waiver. Any subscription, if offered, must disclose its price, renewal, and cancellation terms separately before purchase.
6. Virtual items and chance-based gameplay
Virtual currency, equipment, energy, and other in-game items are licensed for use within the relevant Game. They have no cash-redemption value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside supported Game features. Chance-based mechanics and rewards are part of gameplay; they do not offer real-money payouts. Any displayed guarantee or probability applies only under the conditions stated in the Game.
Balance adjustments may affect gameplay, but we will respect applicable consumer rights and specific purchase commitments. After a refund, associated items or benefits may be removed, without affecting any rights required by law.
7. Advertisements and third-party services
The Games may display third-party advertisements, including optional rewarded ads. Availability varies by network, device, region, and connection. Any reward conditions should be shown before you choose to watch an ad. If an eligible completed ad does not grant the stated reward, contact support with available details.
Third-party websites, stores, ads, and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent content or conduct except to the extent required by law.
8. Progress, compatibility, and updates
Features and device compatibility are described in the relevant store listing and may vary by version. Some features need an internet connection. You are responsible for your device and network costs.
Progress may be stored locally. Unless a Game expressly provides cloud saving or transfer, do not assume progress or consumable purchases can be recovered after uninstalling, clearing app data, or changing devices. Contact us if you lose access to a purchase; available restoration and legal remedies depend on the item and circumstances.
We may issue maintenance, fixes, security updates, and balance changes. Where required, we will provide necessary updates and notices. We will give reasonable advance notice of material service changes or discontinuation where practicable and comply with any applicable obligations concerning paid content, refunds, or termination.
9. Privacy
For information about Flipero’s personal-data processing and how to request deletion, read the Flipero Privacy Policy. That policy is specific to Flipero and must not be assumed to describe Hero Raid’s integrations. For Hero Raid, consult the privacy notice linked from its current store listing or contact support. Privacy notices explain data handling and do not replace any separately required consent.
10. Ending use and enforcement
You can stop using a Game at any time and uninstall it. Uninstalling does not automatically delete information already received by third-party services; use the applicable privacy request process.
For a material breach, fraud, or a threat to security or other players, we may reasonably restrict affected features or access where technically possible. Where appropriate and feasible, we will explain the reason and offer a chance to resolve the issue; urgent restrictions may be necessary to prevent harm. You can challenge a restriction by contacting support. Any action must respect applicable law and mandatory rights relating to paid content.
11. Responsibility and consumer rights
We aim to provide functioning Games, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability on every device. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that are not mandatory and are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal entertainment use.
Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where protected by law, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. No provision requires you to give up statutory remedies or pay an automatic indemnity to us.
12. Disputes and applicable law
Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. This does not prevent you from using a regulator, store dispute process, or court. Mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply in your place of residence remain applicable. You retain access to any courts and remedies available under applicable law. This Agreement does not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
13. Changes and other terms
We may revise this Agreement and will publish the new version with its date. Material changes will be notified appropriately, and fresh acceptance will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or alter completed purchases contrary to law. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the affected Game and retain any remedies provided by law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. App-store terms also apply to your use of that store. If these terms conflict with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.
